We are absolutely thrilled to welcome our newest team members joining us through the FSCJ VERC Program!

What is the VERC Program?

The Vocational Evaluative & Rehabilitative Community program at Florida State College at Jacksonville helps students gain valuable, hands-on employment skills.

This summer, these incredible students will be working right alongside us—learning the ropes, mastering the craft of the perfect sandwich, and gaining real-world job experience.

Supported for Success

You’ll also see some extra friendly faces around the shop! Our interns are accompanied by dedicated Job Coaches who provide on-the-spot support, guidance, and encouragement to ensure everyone thrives.

How We Can All Help:

• Say Hello! Introduce yourself and give them a warm Good Sandwich welcome.
• Be Patient & Kind: Everyone learns at their own pace. Be ready to lend a helping hand or share a tip.
